FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE. This deluxe edition, issued simultaneously with the trade edition, was limited to 100 copies signed by the author. The present copy, however, is out of series, lacking both the signature and the limitation statement itself. The volume pairs illustrations of Ricard’s poem-paintings opposite their printed transcriptions.
